i think the best way to exercise is when you don't even realize you are doing it. am i right?
today was a walking day, and boy did i need it. i've been really tired the past few days from very little sleep and lots of exercise, so i was excited for a bit of a "break." somehow amy and i managed to align feeding schedules and we met up to walk around hilly carmel valley. the best thing is when you are deep in conversation with a good friend, you don't even notice the hills. i love coming home and realizing that an hour long socializing session was actually a productive workout in disguise. thanks amy and audra for the much needed company! as for tomorrow - back to the running...

thanks for the great walk! i swear i could walk forever as long as i have a good friend like you to talk & walk with. ;) i promise i will jump on the running bandwagon soon...though i can promise all of you that it won't be at 4:45am. that's commitment from our team leader. here's to a good workout tomorrow for each of you!
