this morning got the week off to a good start. i was so tired, but i knew that once i was out of bed, it would be better. and i was right. i decided to try the training schedule from this book this week because i started to get scared of the crazy training starting in march and this program is 20 weeks which is perfect. so, today was a 35 min run and it was surprisingly really good. 35 min without stopping!! woo-hoo! (now, let's not think about how many times i will have to do that come may!)
i am grateful to see that my body is coming around and getting stronger every day. i can't imagine how great it will be to feel the transformation in a few months (hopefully i'll be able to SEE it too!)
