Following Brooke's advice

I saw this recipe over at Kristi's blog:

National Marathon Baked Ziti
16 oz. ziti pasta
1lb 10 oz. bottle spaghetti sauce (trader joe's has a great one)
6 oz. sliced provolone (or enough to cover 9x13)
6 oz. mozzarella cheese
1 ½ -2 cups sour cream
1 pd. Ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Grated parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions. Brown ground beef and onion. Add spaghetti sauce. Layer as follows in a greased 9x13 pan. Half of the ziti, provolone cheese, sour cream, half of the sauce mixture, remaining ziti, mozzarella cheese, and remaining sauce mixture. Top with parmesan cheese and bake at 350 for 30 min. or until cheese is melted.

Anyone want to try it with me on Friday night? I might be out of town (still working the logistics out and running on Sat. is a big issue- running 7,8, or 9 miles in Mesquite, NV sounds terrible.....) but I'm planning on making it no matter where I am.
