Week 3, day 5
I got my 45 minutes in today. I am slower than you Jess...I only ran 3.6 miles. I am slowly working up my speed becuase I know I need to be going faster. I keep coming up with random questions that I don't know the answer to (I'll have a few questions later on your topic, Jess) so I am going to randomly post questions if anyone could kindly answer. So here goes...

me too carlie. i feel sooo slow most days, but i figure if for now i can just pick one day a week to really push it on speed, then maybe slowly my body will get used to it. i have no idea if it will work, but i'll try!!
